Project Timelines

1. Initial Consultation

We begin with a conversation about the scientific topic, project goals, target audience, and intended outcomes. Due to time zone differences, calls are typically scheduled from 2:00 PM EST onward or 8:00–11:00 AM London/GMT.

2. Research & Project Outline

Background research is conducted as needed, and a structured outline is developed to clarify the content approach, key messages, and scope. This outline is reviewed and confirmed before drafting begins.

3. First Draft Development

Once the outline is approved, the first draft is prepared, integrating scientific references and SEO-informed terminology where appropriate.

4. Review & Revisions

Projects typically include two rounds of revisions to refine clarity, technical accuracy, and messaging. Revisions include edits, clarifications, and minor structural adjustments within the agreed project scope. Substantial changes to scope or direction may require additional project scoping.

5. Final Delivery & Design Support

Final content is delivered in the agreed format. Visual design guidance, slide content, or layout support can be incorporated or coordinated with internal design teams if required. Graphic design and layout services can also be arranged for an additional fee, with final InDesign source files provided to the client upon completion.

Typical timelines range from 1–2 weeks for short articles and 4–6 weeks for longer projects such as white papers or eBooks, depending on the availability of technical information and internal review timelines.
