I’m originally from the Bay Area in California, and from an early age I was drawn to science. I earned my degree in Molecular and Cell Biology at UC Berkeley before moving to Australia to complete a PhD focused on cardiovascular disease. Along the way, my research was recognized through peer-reviewed publications and several public awards.

While I enjoyed research, I realised my greatest strength sits just beyond the lab. I’m drawn to translating complex ideas, shaping the story, and thinking about how science can be understood, valued, and applied beyond academia.

Since transitioning into industry, I’ve worked across the commercial side of science, including investor communications, commercialization strategy, and technical marketing. My work focuses on translating complex science into clear, credible narratives that resonate with real audiences and support broader understanding and adoption.

Today, I help life science and biotech organisations bring their science to life through thoughtful, scientifically grounded content. I’m driven by curiosity, continuous learning, and a genuine passion for sharing emerging science with the world - because sharing science is what excites me most.
